What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item is significantly different from what was described
  • Sealed product with intact packaging (unopened)

Not Eligible

  • Opened, used, or tested perfumes (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Items without original box, cap, or accessories
  • Gift sets with missing components
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

How to Start a Return

    Contact us within 7 days

    Send us a WhatsApp message with your order details and the reason for return. Include clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

    We review your request

    Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether your return is approved and provide next steps.

  3. 3

    Send the item back

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging. We will arrange a pickup from your address or guide you to drop it off.

  4. 4

    Refund or exchange processed

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or dispatch your replacement within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Bank Transfer orders — refunded to the same bank account within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when requesting the refund.
  • Partial refunds — may be granted for items returned in a condition not identical to how they were received.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different size or fragrance of equal or higher value.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
  • If of equal value, the exchange is completely free.

All products sold by My Perfume Store are 100% authentic. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue with top priority.
